NEW SECTION. Sec. 14. A retailer or processor may not process30
or sell a kratom product that:31
(1) Contains a level of 7-hydroxymitragynine in the alkaloid32
fraction that is greater than two percent of the alkaloid composition33
of the kratom product;34
