South Carolina H. 4641

Stop the South Carolina Kratom Ban

South Carolina lawmakers are moving H. 4641, a bill that would schedule kratom as a Schedule I controlled substance and repeal the South Carolina Kratom Consumer Protection Act.

This would replace regulation with prohibition.

If passed, kratom could become illegal to manufacture, sell, distribute, or possess in South Carolina.

Be respectful. Be direct. Tell them South Carolina already chose regulation, and H. 4641 would undo that and criminalize responsible adults.
