Tools that write your message for you are worth using, and a message sent through one still counts. But the tool only works on the campaign somebody else set up.
The person who can find a bill, read it, and say what it does in their own words is useful on the next fight, and the one after that — including the ones nobody has built a tool for yet. That is the whole reason this section exists.
Everything else is easier once you know. It takes about thirty seconds and you only have to do it once.
